All services on offer:

  • Private Sport Groups

We are actively working with many small sporting groups. We work with Professional Footballers, Triathletes, Jockeys, Rugby, Tennis. The majority are on a confidential basis.

  • 1 on 1s

The bulk of our diary is spent individually assessing athletes, and working closely with them on strengths and weaknesses. Individuals have all muscle groups flexibility tested and stability tested every 6 weeks.

  • Public Groups 

We would love to offer further open public classes but at the moment they are limited to 2 a week. They are capped, coached to high standard and always full, so please message to get on the waiting list
